 At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, employment mediations shifted almost entirely to virtual platforms. This program will address how the practice of employment mediation has changed after two and half years of virtual sessions. Do virtual mediations work as well? Do they work better?  Do you prepare differently for a virtual mediation? What ethical considerations are raised in virtual mediations? Are there kinds of cases that would work better in-person or virtually? (1 credit professional practice):Techniques and strategies for the enforcement of civil judgments.
