CHANGES TO THE NEW YORK STATE HUMAN RIGHTS LAW
 
Join Margaret McIntyre and Miriam Clark for an overview of last year’s changes to the NYS Human Rights Law, and an analysis of what still needs to be done.  We will be covering the basics, as well as tricky issues such as the effective dates of the various provisions, what the law does and doesn’t do for domestic workers and independent contractors, and including a brief discussion on what bills are being introduced in 2020.
