Employees who have experienced gender-based violence in their workplaces face specific challenges and considerations as plaintiffs. This two-part CLE will cover how to employ a trauma-informed approach and why it is important; pleading strategies and potential claims; understanding criminal proceedings and victim's rights; negotiation and resolution strategies; and damages.  Join Iliana Konidaris, NY Managing Legal Counsel at The Fierberg National Law Group, in a two-part CLE series, kicking off on 2/26 to discuss trauma-informed lawyering with Rachael Denhollander, attorney at The Fierberg National Law Group, educator, speaker and author who was the first woman to pursue criminal charges and speak out publicly against USA Gymnastics team doctor, Larry Nassar.
